How Google Search Ranking Works – Darwinism in Search
Following the SMS Sydney conference, Jason Barnard theorises how Google Search ranking works based on comments from Gary Illyes. One of the biggest things I took from the post is how Gary may have suggested the total ranking score has an upper limit of 2 to the power of 64. This interesting because one low score out of multiple factors could have significant consequences on the total score... Check out this fantastic post for more insight.
