Here's What Hourly Google Search Result Tracking Looks Like
This is super interesting by Jon Hogg, Head of SEO at iProspect. He tracked the position of the top 100 pages for six different searches every hour over a 24 hour period (including 'Donald Trump'). The results are pretty wild, and beautiful.
Site Architecture: How To Beat High-Authority Sites With Fewer Links Using Silo Structure
I've read many articles on site architecture and rarely share them because most just repeat information. This one is different by Perrin Carrel. There's a ton of gems in this post, and I particularly like how he uses Ahrefs heatmap to determine the relevancy of a website or page.

Ahoy there!
A few of you messaged me last week with a load of lovely feedback on last week's issue - I really appreciate it, thank you! If you've got any feedback, positive or negative, I'll always take it on board, so feel free to tweet me.
This issue lands in your inbox in difficult times. COVID-19 is destroying lives and livelihoods. In our our industry, I've already seen brands go out of business, marketing budgets pause and widespread cancellations across meetups and conferences. A recent post by Gianluca Fiorelli highlights how the virus has dramatically impacted traffic to travel and tourism-based companies in Italy.
In the short-term, campaigns will pause and traffic will decrease, but as an industry we need to stay resilient and prepare our clients for a return to normality. Stay positive! 💪
