Hi there 👋,
Some great stuff in this week's issue, including a HUGE study from Cyrus Shepard & Zyppy - Our Post of the Week!
They looked at 23 million internal links across 1,800 websites, representing approximately 520,000 individual URLs. This was then compared with Google Search Console performance. 😮
It is a correlations study (yes, correlation doesn't equal causation - we know that already) but there are some interesting things that it surfaces. For example, pages with more anchor text variations, strongly correlate with more clicks.
Zyppy is doing some awesome stuff. 🔥
In other news, the Keywords in Sheets add-on is finally ready and is being sent to BETA testers this week (alongside a new site launch). 🙌
I'm pretty proud of this one. It will include 4 premium functions: Search Volume, Related Keywords, Competitor Keywords, and Search Results.
As well as 6 free functions including: Status Code Checker, Wayback Machine, Redirect Checker, Local Keywords, Link Checker, XML Sitemap.
I'll keep you posted.
Until next week!Andrew Charlton
